退貨說明

依照消費者保護法規定，消費者享有產品到貨7天猶豫期之權益 (猶豫期非試用期！)，但提醒您，商品退貨時必須回復原狀，亦即須保持您收到商品時的完整狀態 (包括商品本身、贈品等)，否則將影響您退貨的權益。並請您務必詳閱以下可能影響商品退貨權益之詳細說明：

食品屬於消耗性商品，除商品本身有瑕疵可於7日內可以辦理退換貨外（例：品質不良或外觀包裝瑕疵），ㄧ經拆封、食用或保存不良導致變質，則依消費者保護法之規定，無法享有七天猶豫期之權益且不得辦理退貨。
請將商品保存於陰涼乾燥處，以免變質。
退換貨請保持商品的完整 (商品本身、贈品、紙本發票等），並一併寄回，若缺件或產品變質將不得辦理退貨。
由會員自行寄回，運費由沐陽靈芝負擔，將於原先支付的貨款中扣除運費。

《海外》

商品一旦寄出即無法取消訂單。請會員將包裹收下後，依照下面的流程寄回辦理退換貨。
收到商品後，在未開封之情形下，或商品有瑕疵，於7日內可以辦理退貨或換貨(超過7日無法辦理)。
發票尚未遺失。
瑕疵品換貨：由會員自行寄回，運費由沐陽靈芝負擔，將於原先支付的貨款中扣除運費。
正常品退換貨運費：會員需負擔來回往返兩趟之運費。(退款金額會扣除本網站寄出之運費)

退款說明

付款方式皆為貨到付款、超商繳費、ATM，將於收到退貨商品後5-7個工作天會匯款至您的線上帳戶。

信用卡一次付清或分期付款，將於收到退貨商品後2-3個工作天整筆刷退給您。

如遇發票不慎遺失等情形發生，恕無法退貨退款。
如為信用卡刷卡，以刷退進行退款；如為ATM轉帳/超商付款請提供匯款資訊（銀行、分行、帳號、戶名）
如為信用卡分期，請重新刷一筆所訂購金額，再將原本以付款分期訂單整筆刷退。

貼心提醒: 信用卡部分退款金額有可能會在您本期或下一期信用卡帳單內。

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
